　　設(shè)計(jì)以“中國(guó)結(jié)”作為中心思想，在市政廣場(chǎng)中貫徹“合江結(jié)“、“人文結(jié)”、“生態(tài)結(jié)”三大主旨，強(qiáng)調(diào)廣場(chǎng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)、聚會(huì)及交流功能，并以人在廣場(chǎng)中心的感觀作為中國(guó)結(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn)，向東西兩側(cè)延伸文化合江和生態(tài)合江，力求營(yíng)造以地方文脈為根，以人為本，和諧生態(tài)的城市市政廣場(chǎng)。
