箐山公園項目規劃范圍位于習水縣行政文化組團西側，劃區以丘陵地貌為主，地勢北高南低，西高東低。整個地形坡度較大，外圍多山體，景觀環境良好。中部地勢較為平坦，分布有少量村莊，可作為公園集散性廣場用地區域。

 設計以生態系統為構架,在規劃設計中，減少對現有山體環境的破壞，提高片區整體生態安全。同時充分利用自然景觀地勢，塑造一個生態的、有氧的、林地山體公園，促進綠色空間與建設單元功能互動。利用山體資源、森林植被、廣場空間等打造適合各種家庭結構休閑游憩、健身遠足、游覽觀光的公園。
